Design

—  design  —

There is no such thing as a boring project. There are only boring executions.

Since 2014 we have been expanding our design work to include interior design for hotels and restaurants alongside our infamous range of garden furniture and architectural follies.

Seasonal Decorations for Butlins
Our largest design project so far with 9 restaurants and 2 theatres plus the creation of an outdoor visual experience on arrival at one of the UK’s largest leisure resorts. At last Alasdair had the opportunity to really let his imagination go wild! The end result included a 5m tall Christmas tree made up solely of 50cm disco balls, specially designed and commissioned acrylic snow flakes and stars, magical lit icicles dropping from the ceiling and a very happy management team at Butlins.

Heytesbury Pavilions
Our infamous Stockholm Duck House (yes we sold the MP THAT duck house!) is just one of our range of architectural garden structures designed and made in Britain from fully sustainable resources. Our range includes bird tables, dovecotes, cabinets, dog kennels bridges and garden follies with a bespoke design and build service that can turn your ideas into reality.

Model Living and Best of British
Hired by one of London’s leading fairs – the decorative antiques and textiles fair – to enhance the entrance to the fair in Battersea Park we created a stunning selling exhibition of architectural models from the 18-20th century. Some were lent, some purchased but all were sourced by Alasdair including architectural models, miniature furniture, patents, educational models, ships and toys.

Design is
thinking
made visual.
